Bamana Jo figure represents a young girl in her ideal state of physical attraction.  These Jonyeleni figurines were used during initiations to help maintain cult values and social order.  This Bamana wood carving has a disc shaped head with fine facial features, long arms, hands to bent knees and ample breasts.
