Our Mumuye figure was made by a blacksmith and was used for divination, healing, disposing justice and rainmaking. The figure stands on wedge shaped feet with tapered hips supporting a cylindrical bust with open work arms. The neck is elongated crowned by a small crested head, the ears are large and face diminutive.
